How long does it take to make?

Each lamp is poured and cured by hand, so it ships in 5–7 days. Add a name and allow two more days for the engraving to be done and checked.

What kind of light does it use?

A warm 2700K LED module powered by USB-C. It stays cool to the touch and lasts for years. The cable and a small wooden base are included.

Is the color the same as the photos?

Resin is mixed by hand, so every piece has its own swirls. The color family is the same; the pattern inside is yours alone.

Can I return it?

Yes. If it is not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Engraved pieces can be returned for store credit.

How is it powered?

It has a warm-white LED in the wooden base, powered by USB — any phone charger or laptop port works. The LED stays cool to the touch, so it is fine on a nightstand or in a kid's room.

Is the resin piece fixed to the base?

No — it sits on top of the wooden LED base so the light shines straight up through the scene, and you can lift it off to dust it. On a flat shelf or desk it stays put.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake and reship it free. You don't need to send the broken piece back.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but not identical. Every piece is poured by hand, so swirls, wood grain and tiny bubbles differ a little from the photos. If you'd like to see the exact piece before it ships, ask and we'll send a photo.

Will the resin turn yellow?

All epoxy resin slowly warms in tone over the years, mostly from strong sunlight. Keep it out of direct sun and it will stay clear for a long time.

Where do you ship from?

From our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, with tracking on every parcel. Delivery usually takes 7–12 days to the US and 8–14 days to Europe after your piece is finished.
