The basics

These terms apply to every order placed with Dazzila Limited. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is accepted when we email a confirmation. Because pieces are made to order, we may occasionally have to decline or delay an order (for example a material we can no longer source). If so we'll tell you at once and refund in full.

Prices

Prices include the piece, its base and LED where applicable, and packaging. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.

Personalisation

You confirm that any text you ask us to engrave doesn't infringe someone else's rights or include hateful content. We may decline such requests and refund.

Intellectual property

Designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share photos of your own piece; please don't reuse our product photography commercially.

Liability

Our pieces are decorative lights for indoor use. Use the supplied USB-C power and keep away from water. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece.
