Processing time — the honest version

Everything here is handmade. Made-to-order pieces ship in 5–7 days. Adding an engraved name adds two days. Pieces marked In stock ship in 1–2 days.

The exact estimate is shown on every product page and again in your cart and checkout, so there are no surprises after you pay.

Shipping methods and costs

Every parcel is tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment it leaves the workshop, and you can check progress any time on the Track order page.

Holiday deadlines

Before the big gift dates we publish an order-by date at the top of the site. Order before it and your piece arrives in time with standard shipping. After it, we'll still make your order but can't promise the date.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency. For orders to the EU under €150, import VAT is included at checkout. Orders above that may be charged duties by your local carrier on delivery.
